Specimen Availability
Every specimen on the site is available, unless it is marked as reserved
or not available, so if you are interested in any of the specimens,
please check for the availability. If the specimen is marked as reserved
or not available, and you still have interest in it, contact
us for information about other similar specimens that are
not listed on the site yet.
Order procedure
You may place you order as follows:
Send us an e-mail
with you order, including your name and shipping address. Make sure
to mention the specimen’s code, price and locality in your message.
Within no longer than 48 hours we will send you a confirmation e-mail
including the total amount of your order (specimen(s) + shipping costs),
and at this point we will need you to send us the credit card information
(card number, expiration date, the three digit security number and the
name as it appears in the credit card).
For you own safety, it is best to split this information in two or three
different messages.
If you prefer, you can send us the credit card information by fax, at
+55 1130216175.
All information provided is used only for the ordering process of Brazilian
Rockhounds and it is strictly confidential.
Shipping Costs
We are in Brazil, so as soon as we get your shipping address, we will
be able to calculate the shipping costs, based on the delivery locality,
size and weight of the specimen(s) you have chosen. Usually, we use
the Brazil National Mail Service (Correios Brasileiros). If you wish
for us to use another shipping company, mention it in you order e-mail,
so that we can verified the costs.

Return Policy
We are always looking for your complete satisfaction when purchasing
one of our specimens. Damaged in Transit:
If you receive a damaged in transit specimen, please let us know as
soon as possible, and wait no longer than three days to contact us.
Ordinary Returns:
If by any reason you feel that you must return a specimen, send us an
e-mail
listing the specimen(s) you wish to return within 14 days of the shipping
date. Sorry, we will only accept returns of the specimens that do not
exceed the 14-day trial period. Specimens returned without any mail
correspondence in this period will be considered as sold.
In all these cases, the customer pays for all postage costs. All the
necessary information about the packaging of the specimens to be returned
will be sent to you via e-mail after your notification.
